LastMinuteGolfer Online Booking Policy
Effective April 1, 2002

TYPES OF RESERVATIONS

Advance Tee Time Booking - Tee times booked more than 24 hours in advance. When you arrive at the course, present your confirmation, identify yourself as a LastMinuteGolfer member and pay your golfer fees at the golf course. You'll pay a small, nonrefundable convenience fee at time of booking (US only).

"Last Minute" Tee Time Booking- Any tee time booked less than 24 hours in advance.  Your credit card will be billed immediately for your entire group. Often times, you'll enjoy a "last minute" special on your golfer fees.  "Last Minute" bookings are not refundable or changeable for any reason.  You will not be able to cancel any "last minute" tee time.  If rain prevents you from enjoying your "last minute" golf, the golf course will issue rain checks for your party (based on the course's rain check policy).  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

"Red Flag Rewards" Tee Time (Promotional Non-Refundable Advance Booking)- These specially designated times are available for members to redeem their frequent golfer yards towards some or all of the purchase price.  They can be booked more than 24 hours in advance and you'll often enjoy significant savings through special Red Flag Rewards promotions for our members. These tee times are very limited and are clearly identified as Red Flag Rewards.  Immediate payment is required when booking these tee times. These bookings are not refundable or changeable for any reason.  If rain prevents you from enjoying your golf, the golf course will issue rain checks for your party (based on the course's rain check policy).  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.


CANCELLATION POLICY

The type of booking (Advance, "Last Minute", or "Red Flag Rewards" ) will determine if you can cancel the tee time.  In any case,  please do not call the course to cancel a tee time that you booked on LastMinuteGolfer or LMTT.  Cancellation policies are as follows:

  • Advance Tee Time Booking (booked greater than 24 hours in advance)- as indicated above, you’ll pay your golfer fees at the course for tee times booked more than 24 hours in advance. If you need to cancel, you can easily do so online (see your "my tee times" area) or by calling (800) 671-0750. Note that convenience fees are non-refundable. You may also make changes to your advance reservation up until midnight the night before you play. If you cancel an advance reservation on the day of play (by calling us), you are subject to a small frequent golfer yardage penalty, however it's still (much) better to cancel than to not show up for a booked reservation.
  • "Last Minute" Tee Time  Booking (booked less than 24 hours in advance)- you cannot cancel this type of tee time; it is non refundable and non changeable. If you are rained out at the course, you’ll get a rain check at the course.
  • "Red Flag Rewards" Tee Time Booking  (Discount Non-Refundable Advance Booking)- you cannot cancel this type of tee time; it is non refundable and non changeable.  If you are rained out at the course, you’ll get a rain check at the course. Red Flag rain checks may be somewhat restricted based on course policy.

OUR SUGGESTION- Do not book a "last minute" or "Red Flag Rewards" tee time if you think you may need to cancel or change your tee time. While "last minute" and "Red Flag" Rewards tee times can save you money, they have some important restrictions (as indicated above), and you'll need to consider those BEFORE you book your tee time.

NO-SHOWS- If you book a LastMinuteGolfer advance tee time (> 24 hours in advance) and your entire group does not show up for your tee time (and you have not cancelled your time per above), the course has the OPTION of charging your credit card. Same-day cancellation (yardage) penalties are left solely to the discretion of the course on a case by case basis. As stated above, you can cancel online (free of charge) as late as midnight the night before your golf, or you can call LastMinuteGolfer for same-day cancellations. Typically courses will not charge your card (and only issue a small yardage penalty) if you book a 4-some and something comes up beyond your control to prevent one or two players from playing.

PROMO CODE REDEMPTION- You may redeem promo codes (found at LMG golf events, at college sports events, in magazine ads, etc)  totaling up to 1500 yards ($30 in golf) each calendar year.  Once you have reached this maximum redemption level, you will be notified the next time you try to redeem a promo code. The one exception to this policy is/are code(s) issued as major awards at our shotgun events, etc.. many of which are 2000-5000 yards each for prizes at events. You may redeem any of those awards and you will not be subject to the 1500 yard limit.

Recognized by hundreds of thousands of golfers as being the central "hub" for local golf information, insightful information and "last minute" tee times, we operate under a strict set of privacy principles:

E-MAIL Privacy Policy
LMTT/LastMinuteGolfer maintains a strict "no-spam" policy. Your e-mail address will NEVER be given or sold to any third party.The only information LMTT/LastMinuteGolfer obtains about individual visitors to its Web site is information supplied voluntarily by visitors.

ALL identifiable information provided by members will NOT be disclosed to anyone unless members specifically request LMTT/LastMinuteGolfer to do so. If the ownership of all or substantially all of the LMTT/LastMinuteGolfer business were to change, your user information may be transferred to the new owner so the service can continue operations.

Only statistical information of our members as a group (usage habits, demographics) may be shared with any partner of LMTT/LastMinuteGolfer; no identifiable information will be shared at any time.

Delete/UnSubscribe Policy
Users may unsubscribe to our updates or time-sensitive, money-saving ALERTS at any time by following the instructions contained at the end of every newsletter. If you ever have any problems unsubscribing please contact us and you will be removed within 1 business day. Please note that direct replies to any newsletter are also responded to in most cases.

Advertising
LMTT/LastMinuteGolfer updates and tee time alerts may contain 3rd party advertising. Instructions for unsubscribing will be included with each mailing. 

Surveys
Occasionally (about once every 2 years), LMTT/LastMinuteGolfer conducts user surveys to better target our content to our audience. We never share any information about specific individuals with any third party.  We use it to find areas where we can improve our service. Purely optional participation.

Tracking .gifs
LMTT/LastMinuteGolfer and its advertisers may use tracking or single-pixel .gif images to count Web page accesses and gather some general statistical information. LMTT/LMG does not gather personal information through the use of these images. 

Consent
