played here this morning 5/24 and the course was in decent shape especally considering the 5+ inches of rain that came this week but the greens were terrible lots of bare patches and the ones that had grass were SLOW. i like this course but i will avoid this one until they fix the greens.

Huntington Hills is a decent course located on the north side of Lakeland Fl. At 6600 yards from the back tees one might think that this is a short golf course but it playes longer than that because the fairways have many levels which tend to limit the roll and a lot of the holes are pretty tight making accuracy more important than distance. this course also has a pretty long set of par 3's with the shortest at about 170 and the longest playing at 225. My sunday group plays here monthly and the greens can be very inconsistent one time they will be fast next time slow as molasses so if you play there spend some time on the practice green. All in all Huntington Hills is a pretty good course that can be played at a reasonable cost not a vacation builder but a good play choice if you live in or are visiting Lakeland
