What the unbiased experts say: The original Legends Resort is a Scottish-style concept that really is reminiscent of Scotland. It has three, 18-hole courses -- Heathland, Moorland, and Parkland -- and a baronial, 50,000 square-foot clubhouse surveyeing the treeless panorama. The Heathland Course is the premier draw, a par 71 designed by Tom Doak, who drew inspirtion from holes in the British Isles. The Moorland Course, the toughest test at Legends, was designed by P.B.
