Here are some guidelines for posting content on our website. Note- Any violation of the following rules as determined by LastMinuteGolfer.com representatives may result in editing of content, or removal of your account.
It’s simple. All we ask is that you not post content or photos that you believe might be considered offensive by other LastMinuteGolfer members/ visitors to our site. We trust you to be responsible when using our community features. Thanks.
Profiles Flagged As “Abuse”
When a user profile is flagged by several of our members as “abuse”, we restrict access to this profile to only those that verify their age during signup. If the profile continues to get abuse complaints, we will review it and we reserve the right to edit or delete the profile. Extreme cases will result in the deletion of the entire LastMinuteGolfer account including any frequent golfer yardage that may be accumulated, any scores posted, reservations, favorites, etc. Before posting, please make sure that you’re familiar with OUR definition of abuse as defined below and try to see it from our perspective. If you find any LastMinuteGolfer profile to be in violation of our guidelines for posts, please flag the profile as abuse so we can restrict access and/or review it to determine the appropriate action.
Our Definition of “Abuse”
All we ask is that you use common sense and not post any material that you feel could be seen as objectionable to other users. For example, please refrain from posting photos that some may consider pornography. Avoid photos containing nudity, sexually explicit content, etc. Photos that depict explicit violence are also considered to be abuse. Lastly, your profile should not contain profanity, hate speech or the malicious use of stereotypes intended to attack or demean a particular gender, sexual orientation, race, religion or nationality.
What Happens if Your Account is Flagged?
Posting content that is considered abuse may result in a warning notification or may result in termination of your LastMinuteGolfer account and deletion of any reservations, scores, and/or frequent golfer yardage that you may have accumulated. We decide whether we believe your violation of our abuse policy should result in termination of your account. If your account is terminated, you will not be allowed to get another LastMinuteGolfer account in the future.
