played one month ago, greens were 10 of 10, played over 1 month later and they were 5 of 10. Not sure what the heck happen, couldn's see any visible signs of sanding/punching, maybe streak of warm weather hurt bent grass greens, rest of course hasn't heard of fertilizer or weedkill, still a great layout and fun time

Played 3/24, awesome layout, great greens, rolling true. Just a great great course. Most fun I've had on a golf course in a while.

Solid course, not too many people playing this time of year. The greens are FAST, but not unplayable and they were not real hard, so it was still possible to stop a ball on the green. Good track, too bad it's so expensive.
Cart girl Patty was the best, she even went to get us some hamburgers and fries from the clubhouse!

This was a very nice course set out near Lake Lanier. The layout was beautiful several holes with elevated tees made the holes very scenic. The fairways, bunkers, rough, and tee boxes were all up to par. The greens did have several marks on them. They rolled fast and for the most part smooth but several holes did have little marks that looked as if they were ball marks or insects. It didnt effect the ball rolling too much but visually ir was odd. The staff was great and the range and putting greens were all great. This course is a decent little hour track up from Atlanta but the course is in good shape.
Played Chestatee with a friend on July 1st. I love the overall layout of the course. There are 3 or 4 very interesting holes. The roughs are not cut much higher than the fairways. It seems like the course has run into a little bit of bad luck recently however. About half of the greens are in sub-par condition at best. I am not sure if it is due to the lack of water or some other factor, but it looks as if there were hundreds of divots on the greens. Other than that, I really can't say anything bad about the course. The fairways, bunkers, and roughs are in excellent condition. I would play this course again for either the twilight rate or a lmtt rate.

Played Chestatee on May 12th and the course was in great condition. The greens were pure and fast, the best I had played on this year. They had a private club feel for sure. I would recommend playing it and the twilight fee of $49 is a great deal for after 2pm.

Course is greening up nicely, but it is firm with the lack of recent rain. They have the rough cut low so if you miss the fairway not much rough to stop you from getting into more trouble like the lakes and other water hazards. The greens were in great shape, running very quickly. This is a great course, with nice layout and fun to play!
