Played 05/01/09 Only play eagle watch a few times a season with some members there. The course had never really done it for me. Never liked the greens or the ghetto GPS system. However this time i played EW there were some really nice improvements to the coarse. They've cleard out a ton trees, re-did the sand. The greens are looking the best i've seen them look. Still not impressed with the greens, it's like a different grass or something. The greens are really hard and don't check up at all. GPS systems are still bad too. But in saying all the bad stuff, i really like what there trying to do this Arnold Palmer design course in beautiful Woodstock. If the improvements continue i could see myself becoming a member of Cannon Gate.
