This is my regular course. Nice amenities, below avg locker room, but good food/service in the grill. Pro Shop has some decent budget ball options, with all the big names too. all carts have gps and the greens have plenty of slope in most spots. as far as condition i say 7 of 10, with a decently challenging layout. couple of intresting par 3s. the pace is usually slow, and really slow on the weekends. The one downside is the $56+ green fees, for that price you can get on houston national, which is much better, however internet half price options are out there if you look. In the end it would be a GREAT course for 40 bucks, and its not bad for just short of 60, but they get plenty of traffic so you can't blame them for not lowering it.
When I played this course in the summer, it left a feeling that I had overpaid. There are better value courses in the area. This course is overplayed and the course condition suffered as a result. A round takes longer than it should. In addition, the greens were in awful condition - they had temporary repairs and on several occasions, I had to put through dead patches of relaid turf (on the green) which had not taken root properly.

Best course for your money. Carts have built in GPS which is great, and keeps game play quick. I strongly recomend this course!!
