| Why are rates different? |
 |
|

If you're flexible on where and when you play, you may want to book times reserved for LastMinuteGolfers. You'll often enjoy significant savings, but reservations made inside 24 hours are prepaid and non-refundable and all reservations are held with a credit card. Very limited tee time availability.
If you DO know where you want to play and when, then we suggest that you call the course, enjoy access to all available tee times, and book at the established course rates.

At the Neuse, sensational rock outcroppings and rolling hills twist and turn along the banks of the Neuse River. Each hole here is dramatically different, with surprises at every bunker and dogleg. It makes you feel like you're on a peaceful mountainside, with stately pines and a lazy winding river. But, rest assured, this is rock-n-roll golf from start to finish.
Play it and you'll see why GOLF DIGEST named The Neuse "The Best New Public Golf Course in North Carolina." In addition, The Neuse received a 4 1/2 star rating for places to play in the year 2000, 2001 & 2002. Additionally, in 2002, Business Week magazine honored the Neuse with the distinction of being the 2nd best public access course to entertain business clients in North Carolina. This is an outstanding award as we finished 2nd to the world famous Pinehurst #2.
Webmaster's Notes When you're ready to mix it up with rocks, rolls, twists and turns, head for The Neuse. This course offers a thrilling 7,010 yard roller coaster ride that belies its peaceful setting along the banks of The Neuse River. Golf course architect John LaFoy carved The Neuse from the natural terrain, without moving a lot of dirt or trees.
If your game needs a little help, the PGA Golf Professionals on staff at The Neuse offer instructional clinics for everyone from juniors to scratch golfers, including special classes for seniors, women and families! Plus private lessons are available year-round.
