Smoke Rise Country Club is proud of its 18-hole championship golf course designed by award-winning architect Gary Roger Baird of Nashville, Tenn. The par-72 course ambles over a setting of rolling terrain and offers many dramatic elevation changes and scenic views of Stone Mountain. It’s a picturesque location with thick stands of hardwood and pine and creeks that create beautiful settings for greens and fairways. You’ll see very few houses in the area and you’ll be experiencing lots of birds and wildlife as you play. The greens are bent, fast and undulating and the lies can sometimes be a challenge. But length is not a problem. “This is defiantly a shot makers course, but it is also one of the top Golf Facilities in the state, said Kevin Cole, Head Golf Professional. Smoke Rise has been called "Atlanta's best kept secret".It’s truly unique in the area. You don’t always have to take out your driver. You need to finesse many of your shots. We offer a full service practice area, restaurant and bar for your experience at Smoke Rise. Many of you have played other courses in the area, well why not come out to Smoke Rise and see what a 5 star country club has to offer?
