HOME OF THE FIRST TEE OF ATLANTA -A NINE hole jewel in Southwest Atlanta, John A. White Park was originally built in 1929 as a public nine-hole course. The course was reduced to five holes in the 1980’s to accommodate a tennis facility. In 1999, the course was revived with a $2 million renovation and redesign by Bob Cupp – restoring it to a nine-hole, par 35 (2 par 5’s, 4 par 4’s and 3 par 3’s), 2,800 yard course. The new Crenshaw bent greens add challenge to the old charm of a great walking course sprawled out over 40 acres – the best kept secret in Atlanta. The John A. White Practice facility includes a large driving range, practice green and separate practice bunker. Bring the kids and visit this fun 9 hole track, home of The First Tee of Atlanta.

Applications are available in the golf pro shop the first Monday in March of each year. The First Tee of Atlanta is only able to accomodate 150 campers - all campers will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
