Shawnee is a mature, bermuda grass course with tee markers for all playing levels. It’s a fairly level course with conditions as good as any in the area. Shawnee boasts the only complete driving range complex in Metro Parks – giving every golfer a place to warm up before a big round or a place to seriously work on their skills – and the three-hole BellSouth Youth Golf Academy, free to players 18 and under. A fully stocked Pro Shop is available, along with club rental. Shawnee Park is a fantastic family area with a state-of-the-art athletic facility, playgrounds, and access to the River Walk exercise path.

From the East – Follow I-64 West to I-264 (Watterson Expressway). Follow for approximately 17 miles and take exit # 1 (Bank St/Northwestern Pkwy). Go to end of the ramp and continue straight through the stoplight. You are now on 38th Street. Go two blocks and turn left onto Northwestern Pkwy. Shawnee Golf Course is on the right, approximately one mile up the road. From the West – Follow I-64 East across the Sherman Minton Bridge. Take I-264 (Watterson Expressway) East. Take exit # 1 (Bank St/Northwestern Pkwy). Go to end of the ramp and continue straight through the stoplight. You are now on 38th Street. Go two blocks and turn left onto Northwestern Pkwy. Shawnee Golf Course is on the right, approximately one mile up the road. From the North – Take I-65 South or I-71 South and pick up I-64 West (toward St. Louis). Take I-264 East (Watterson Expressway). Go to end of the ramp and continue straight through the stoplight. You are now on 38th Street. Go two blocks and turn left onto Northwestern Pkwy. Shawnee Golf Course is on the right, approximately one mile up the road. From the South – Take I-65 North through downtown Louisville and pick up I-64 West (toward St. Louis). Take I-264 East (Watterson Expressway). Go to end of the ramp and continue straight through the stoplight. You are now on 38th Street. Go two blocks and turn Left onto Northwestern Pkwy. Shawnee Golf Course is on the right, approximately one mile up the road.
